Virginia Tech. The beautiful campus of Virginia Tech is only 30 miles away.

Front. House consists of the original 2 bedroom cabin (to left) built in the 50's. A-frame portion on right added in 1969. House was completely renovated in 2004.

Back. House sits on 5 and 1/3rd lots on nearly 2 acres. Is nicely situated on top of a hill which provides wonderful views of the big sky, the mouth of Peak Creek pouring into Claytor Lake, and the surrounding mountains.

Radford University.

A-frame Living Room. Wonderful A-frame spaciousness. Ceiling fan. Contains 36" TV. Stereo, DVD, Satellite TV and DVR with surround sound. Antique oversized bar. Comfortable sectional with pull-out queen bed for extra guests.

Newbern. The original Seat of Pulaski County. The Town Hall burned in 1872(?) leaving the County residents the option to move the seat to another Town...which they did thus stopping time for the little village of Newbern. Home of the Wilderness Road Regional Museum.

Master Bedroom. King size bed. Chaise lounge.

Claytor Lake State Park. A State Park with cabins, marina.

Master Bath. Large tub and shower. Brand new stacked washer-dryer unit for doing laundry.

Harry DeHaven Park. A Pulaski County Park with fishing, swimming boat launch, nice pier, picnicing. Right next door to the nieghborhood.

Loft. Sits above Master Bedroom, affords unique perspective of Lake through the spacious windows. Makes a great game room and guest room. Couch has queen pull-out bed. Plus two floor pads.

New River Trail State Park.

Sitting Room. Extremely confortable sectional enveloping a cozy gas log fireplace with stone hearth. Original heart of pine paneling and large wood ceiling beams give a cozy lodge-like feel to this part of the house.

Claytor Lake. A beautiful 4500 acre impoundment of the New River.

Kitchen. Completely re-done in 2004. Very comfortable and usable. Includes microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee maker. Sitting bar with avanza solid surfacing.

Claytor Lake Watersports. Boat Tours, Rental Boats, Jet ski rental, all out of Claytor Lake State Park.

Guest Bedroom. Queen bed.

Conrad Brothers Marine. A Claytor Lake Fixture serving the lake since 1948. Located up Peak Creek. Rent pontoon boats. Great inventory of all watersports gear and boats too!

Kid's Bedroom. Contains a neat double bunk-bed unit with the bottom bunk doubling as a fouton couch. Will sleep 2 comfortably. Small kids could double up. Adults would be okay, but best for children.

Guest Bathroom. A small, yet very functional bathroom. Original to the house but re-done in 2004. No tub, shower stall only.
